“Liverpool Licensing Committee this week has approved proposals to implement changes to their Statement of Licensing Policy to incorporate new deterrence of Knife Crime measures, following on from the public consultation that went out in late summer 2018.
The proposals are outlined in Annex 2 of the link below, however in brief these are:
These proposals have yet to receive Full Council approval and are expected to be heard early next month, and if approved, would be likely to take effect immediately.”
