“The Government has published today its response to the Report from the House of Lords Select Committee on the Licensing Act 2003: post-legislative scrutiny. A copy of the Report can be found here.
More comments to follow, but in brief there will be little in the way of legislation and where the Government does agree with the Select Committee’s recommendations the Statutory Guidance is likely to be amended.”
