The Business and Planning Act 2020 (Pavement Licences) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 are in force from yesterday.
What does this mean? In effect, the fast track pavement licence procedure as outlined in the Business and Planning Act 2020 has been extended from 30th September 2021 to 30th September 2022.
