Following the closure of many premises on Friday 20th March, a new day dawns tomorrow as many pubs and bars reopen to welcome customers back for the first time.
The Government has provided the guidance document for premises to reopen safely and whilst the anticipated Business and Planning Bill is not likely to get Royal Assent until at least 20th July, many Authorities have already started accepting applications for their own version of fast track pavement licences.
Whilst the message from Authorities and the Police is one of support as businesses reopen, partnership as ever will be key.
