“We reported to you in March (see here) that the Council had postponed a decision on the Late Night Levy in order for the Gloucester Business Improvement District (BID) to hold a ballot on adopting a BID within the area.
The BID has been successful and this will come into force on the 1st August 2017.
In light of this the Full Council had a meeting regarding the introduction on the Late Night Levy on the 20th July 2017 and have decided not to adopt a Levy at this time.
