Vicki Caress joined Poppleston Allen in 2002 as a Licensing Administrator and subsequently became a Paralegal in 2012.

Vicki supports Partner, James Anderson in advising clients under the Licensing Act 2003. Vicki has particular expertise in issuing new licensing applications, full variations, minor variations and pavement licences. Vicki also has experience of dealing with designated premises supervisor (DPS) applications.
