Leading licensing solicitors, Poppleston Allen, secure licensing for new Slice n Brew pizza joint in Nottingham city centre.
The pizzeria successfully secured a home in the heart of Nottingham’s City Centre, establishing itself in what used to be Kings Walk Kitchen near Trinity Square.
The former pop up renovated the space to reflect the laid-back New York style. The premises houses 46 seats over two levels.
Owner and chef, Ryon Ishfaq has created a unique menu attracting both meat lovers and vegans.
Customers are also able to enjoy their pizza with a range of options including beers, ciders, wines by the glass or bottle and canned cocktails according to the alcohol licence provided to Slice N Brew.

Slice n Brew is open Tuesday to Thursday, 5pm to 10pm, Friday 3pm to 11pm, Saturday 1pm to 11pm. The pizzeria also offers an online booking system giving customers the ability to book a table in advance.
